close to central park and great art museums

I truly enjoyed my stay, as it was just over 2 kilometers from the picturesque Central Park and less than 2 kilometers from several renowned art destinations like the Metropolitan Museum of Art, making it perfect for my weekend walks and exploration. the staff were friendly, especially Harry at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed with his thoughtful gestures during my stay.

The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious enough for our large family, and the kids loved the big-screen TV. We enjoyed visiting Belmont Park Race Track nearby. it was an excellent day out for everyone!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs more family-friendly amenities.

Yo, I hit up some bomb spots nearby! The fried fish at House of Thai was next-level, and Il Miglio's pizza had me dreaming. Plus, Harry at the front desk treated me like family when I was feeling under the weather—seriously, that kindness was golden.

I was supposed to stay multiple nights but bounced after the first. My Queen Room was a disaster—dirty walls and a leaky ceiling. They offered me another room, but I wasn't willing to roll the dice on a filthy joint again. Now I’m fighting over a charge for a room I didn’t use.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I felt welcomed and safe, navigating the hotel with ease. It truly felt like a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city.

I had a nice experience during my one-night stay, especially loved the big television and the friendly front desk service. However, there were no towels in my room.

Restrooms need more shelving!!! Thin walls lead to unpleasant noise disturbances from nearby fire station and school!!! Filthy room with trash in drawers and cleanliness issues should definitely be addressed!!!
